Terms of use

Last updated: 6 November 2026

1. Who we are

These terms apply to our citizenship test study apps for iOS and Android (“the apps”). The apps are provided by LILIKOI, ul. Witelona 21, 51-617 Wrocław, Poland (NIP 8981960458, REGON 021527521). Contact: citizen@yolomate.eu.

2. An independent study service

The apps are not official and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Home Office, the UK Government, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Government of Canada or any test provider. We do not book tests or handle applications. Official questions are not published; our questions and summaries are written by us from publicly available facts. Always check current rules on the official government website. More: About and independence.

3. No promise of a result

Practice scores and readiness indicators help you study. They do not predict or decide the result of an official test.

4. Your account

You can sign in with an email code, a password, Google, Facebook or Apple. Keep your sign-in details secure; an account is for one person. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

5. Free access and ads

Free access includes a limited set of questions and lessons and shows ads. Paid access removes ads in that app.

6. Paid access

Prices, what full access includes and how refunds work: Purchases and refunds.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Refunds for purchases made in the App Store are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). For Google Play purchases, see Google Play refund policies, or contact us.

Where the law gives you a right to cancel a purchase of digital content, that right may end once supply begins with your express consent. Your statutory rights are not affected, including remedies if the content is faulty or not as described (for example under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015). If we stop providing paid access before your period ends, we will refund the unused part.

8. Acceptable use

Do not copy, scrape, resell or publish our questions, explanations or lessons; do not interfere with the apps or their servers; do not use the apps unlawfully. We may suspend an account that seriously breaches these terms, after giving reasons where appropriate.

9. Content

The questions, explanations, lessons and design of the apps belong to us or our licensors. Links to third-party websites (for example Wikipedia or official sources) are provided for information; we are not responsible for their content. We correct errors when we find them; report a mistake through Support.

10. Changes to the apps and these terms

We update content and features over time. We may change these terms for legal, security or service reasons; we will show the new date above and notify you in the app of material changes. Changes do not reduce access you have already paid for.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for test fees, travel or application costs, or for the result of an official test.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.

13. Additional terms for apps downloaded from the App Store

14. Apps downloaded from Google Play

Your use of Google Play is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not responsible for the app or its content.
