Purchases and refunds
What you can buy
Each app covers one exam. You can use it free, with a limited set of questions and lessons and with ads, or buy full access to that app’s exam:

Prices are indicative. The binding price, including any tax collected by the store, is the one shown in the App Store or Google Play before you confirm the purchase, and may differ in other currencies.
What full access includes
- all chapters, lessons, practice questions and mock tests of that app’s exam;
- no ads in that app;
- access on any device where you sign in to the same account.
No subscription
Full access is a one-time purchase for a fixed period. It does not renew automatically and you are never charged again unless you buy again. The period starts when the purchase completes. If you buy again while access is active, the new period is added after the current one ends. When the period ends, the app returns to free access; your progress is kept.
How payment works
Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) using the payment method in your store account. We never see your card details. Your receipt comes from the store. After reinstalling the app or changing device, sign in and use Account > Restore purchases.
Refunds
- App Store: refunds are decided by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: within 48 hours of purchase you can request a refund from Google (Google Play refund policies). After that, write to us at citizen@yolomate.eu with the order number (GPA.…) and we will review the request.
- If the app does not work as described and we cannot fix it, or if we stop providing paid access before your period ends, we refund the purchase or the unused part.
Where the law gives you a right to cancel a purchase of digital content (for example 14 days in the UK and EU), that right may end once access starts with your express consent. Your statutory rights are not affected, including remedies for content that is faulty or not as described.
No guarantee of passing
Buying access does not guarantee that you will pass an official test. The apps are an independent study aid and are not connected with any government (more).
