Delete your account

This page applies to our Life in the UK test and Canadian citizenship test study apps for iOS and Android, provided by LILIKOI.

In the app

Open the app and sign in.
Go to Account > Delete account.
Confirm. You are signed out and the deletion starts immediately.

Without the app

Email citizen@yolomate.eu from the address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address.

What is deleted

Your account, sign-in identifiers, learning progress, answers, scores, saved items and preferences, within 30 days of the request.

What is kept

Records of purchases needed for tax and accounting law (in Poland generally five years from the end of the tax year), and support correspondence needed for an open request or legal claim. Apple and Google keep their own records of store purchases. Deleting your account does not cancel or refund purchases; remaining paid access is lost.
